Yes — completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads. All features are available from day one at zero cost.
All your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google's cloud database) and linked to your Google account. If you lose your phone, simply install the app on a new device, sign in with the same Google account, and all your data is restored instantly.
Absolutely. TrackMyFees supports both online and offline teaching modes. For offline classes, no meeting link is needed — just schedule the class with date and time and you're done.
You need to connect your Google account once inside the Schedule tab. After that, tapping "Auto-Schedule with Google Calendar" creates a Meet room and adds it to your calendar automatically. This requires the production app build — not Expo Go.
Yes. Go to Settings → Invoice Settings and fill in your teacher name, school/institute name, GST number, UPI ID, and bank account details. These appear on every PDF invoice you generate.
Yes. You can create batches in Settings → Batches and assign students to them. The Reports tab then lets you generate batch-wise income reports to see earnings per batch.
Currently TrackMyFees is available on Android only. An iOS version is planned for a future release.
